What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name (if provided), and the message describing what you need help with.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. We do not track how you use the site. We do not build a profile on you.

Why we collect it

So that one of the founders can read your enquiry and reply to you. That is the only purpose.

Where your information goes

Your submission is delivered as an email to our business inbox at info@abdigitalsolutions.com.au, hosted by Microsoft 365 in Australian data centres. The submission is also briefly processed by a Google Cloud Function we run in the Sydney region (australia-southeast1) in order to deliver the email — no copy is persisted there beyond the request itself.

We do not share your information with marketing platforms, advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party outside the infrastructure above.

How long we keep it

We retain your enquiry email in our inbox until it is no longer needed for the conversation it began — typically up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• see a copy of the information we hold about you
• correct information that is wrong
• delete information we hold about you

Email info@abdigitalsolutions.com.au and we will action the request within a reasonable time (usually within a few business days).

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information and we have not resolved it to your satisfaction, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Meaningful changes will be announced to anyone who has been in contact with us.
